These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of products supplied by Nuri (“we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and Use

1.1 Nuri sells DIY steel frame kits designed for structures such as sheds, cubby houses, and similar constructions.
1.2 Our products are supplied in kit form and require assembly by the customer or a suitably qualified installer.
1.3 Customers must strictly follow the installation manual provided. Failure to do so may void the warranty (see Section 7).
 1.4 Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the product is suitable for their intended use and meets any council, zoning, or building requirements.

 

2. Orders and Payment

2.1 All orders must be placed through our online shop or by contacting us directly.
2.2 Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
2.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.4 We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

• The product is unavailable,
• There is an error in pricing or description, or
  
• Fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected.
  
  

3. Delivery and Pickup

3.1 Products may be:

• Collected by the customer from our warehouse at 516A Nurigong Street, South Albury NSW, or
  
• Delivered via a third-party freight provider arranged by Nuri.
  3.2 Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
   3.3 Risk in the products passes to the customer upon:
  
• Collection from our warehouse, or
  
• Delivery to the nominated address.
  3.4 Customers collecting products are responsible for providing a suitable vehicle or trailer that can safely transport the goods, including appropriate restraints and coverings as required by road safety laws.
  3.5 We reserve the right to refuse release of goods if, in our reasonable opinion, the customer’s vehicle or trailer is unsafe or inadequate for the transport of the products.
  
  

4. Installation and Safety

4.1 Customers are fully responsible for the safe handling, assembly, installation, and ongoing maintenance of the products.
4.2 All installations must strictly follow:

• The Nuri installation manual provided,
  
• Applicable building codes and standards, and
  
• Any local council or regulatory requirements.
  4.3 Customers must ensure that assembly and installation are performed by individuals with appropriate skills, tools, and safety equipment.
  4.4 Nuri accepts no liability whatsoever for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from, but not limited to:
  
• Incorrect installation,
  
• Use of the product in a manner not intended,
  
• Failure to follow instructions, or Use of unsafe or inadequate equipment during handling or assembly.
  
  

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All product designs, manuals, images, and website content are the intellectual property of Nurigong Steel Pty Ltd and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Returns are accepted in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
6.2 Customers may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the product is:

• Faulty,
  
• Not fit for its intended purpose, or
  
• Not as described.

6.3 Change-of-mind returns are at our discretion and may incur restocking fees.
6.4 Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

7. Warranty

7.1 All Nuri products come with a 5-year warranty against defects in materials and manufacturing.
7.2 The warranty is conditional on strict adherence to the installation manual.
7.3 The warranty will be void if:

• Products are incorrectly installed, modified, or misused,
  
• Products are subjected to extreme conditions outside their intended use, or
  
• Instructions and safety requirements are not followed.
  7.4 Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase.
  7.5 This warranty is in addition to rights under the ACL.
  
  

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuri excludes all liability for indirect or consequential losses, including business or income loss.
 8.2 Our total liability in respect of any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product.

 

9. Privacy

9.1 We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

 

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
10.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the NSW courts.

 

11. Amendments

11.1 We may amend these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website.

Nuri “Win a Shed” Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Nuri (Nurigong Steel Pty Ltd, ABN [insert ABN]), located at 516A Nurigong Street, South Albury NSW, Australia.
   
   

2. Eligibility
   

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
  

• Employees of Nuri (Nurigong Steel Pty Ltd) and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  
  

3. How to Enter
   
   

• To enter, participants must subscribe to the Nuri email subscription list during the competition period.

• Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate email addresses will be considered a single entry.
  

4. Competition Period
   

• The competition opens on 23/09/2025 and closes on 26/09/2025.
  
  Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
  

5. Prize
   

• The prize is one (1) Nuri shed frame, model 4x4m shed, valued at $2227.00.
  

• The prize does not include delivery or installation unless otherwise specified. The winner must arrange suitable transport or collection.
  
  

6. Winner Selection & Notification
   

• The winner will be drawn at random from eligible entries on [draw date] at Nuri’s office in South Albury, NSW.
  
  The winner will be notified via email within [3] business days of the draw.
  

• If the winner does not claim the prize within [14] days, Nuri reserves the right to redraw the prize.
  

7. Use of Personal Information
   

• By entering, participants agree to subscribe to the Nuri email subscription list and receive marketing communications.
  

• Personal details will be handled in accordance with Nuri’s Privacy Policy - buildwithnuri.com.au/privacy..
  

8. General Conditions
   

• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  

• Nuri reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
  

• By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  

9. Liability
   

• Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, Nuri is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering or accepting the prize.
  
  

The winner is responsible for using the shed safely and in accordance with all instructions.
